About
Watermark Faculty Success is an online software system that faculty use to track their teaching, scholarship, and service. You will hear it referred to as Watermark or Faculty Success. The system is used for annual review reporting and other processes, like tenure, promotion, and post-tenure review. While the University has implemented a single system, each of Mercer's colleges and schools has customizations to meet their unique needs.
The system has three modules:
Activities where faculty create records of their teaching, scholarship, and service
Reports where faculty and administrators run reports, create CVs, and download data
Workflow where faculty submit reports and portfolios/dossiers for the various review processes at Mercer
Faculty Success is administered by staff in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness on the Macon campus. You can reach out to the administrator at any time with questions or to schedule training. For common questions, visit the FAQs page. If you have questions about other Watermark products, like Course Evaluations and Surveys, contact Academic Technology. For questions about web profiles, contact Digital Communications.
